Hi, I just started taking one zumba class per week at the local community center. Its so much fun. I wanted to shake up my cardio this month and thought this would do it. I've already lost one pound.
I strictly exercise at home. Zumba is one of those that's best enjoyed with a group of other motivated ladies IMO. I think that's what so much fun about it.
Give a group a try instead of videos. You will absolutely love it.
