Best workout for losing body fat

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum, but I'm not new to Cathe's workout's. I think she's great.

I would like to know which workouts are best for losing fat. I'm am about 46% body fat. I have the intensity series, Imax3 and Kickmax. Which one do you feel will work best for me?

Everything you have is good for burning fat, what you should probably do is try to find a fat-loss rotation (see Rotation forum) and use that as a guide.

The key to losing fat is to be consistent with your workouts and to include both cardio and strength training activities.

Your best bet is to include a variety of cardio workouts, which you have, and do them 4-5 days a week. If you have strength training routines, it would be good to work a couple of those workouts in too - the more muscle you have, the more fat you'll burn. Also, if you're not already, watch what you eat. There are lots of threads here on clean eating, which might give you some pointers if you need them. Good luck!
