Best way to lose body fat?

So excited! My mom has lost most of her weight and only has 30 more pounds to lose. She has done this with running and weights and has lost 70 pounds! She is ready to try Cathe workouts, but I don't know how to advise her...Her diet is fantastic now, her fitness level intermediate/adv.

So educated crowd what are the best workouts or rotations to lose body fat? I own most of Cathe's workouts and can put her on any rotation you think would work.

well, first off. congrats to your mom! thats a huge accomplishment. Second, what is her current routine? Whatever she is doing now and has done initially to lose weight is probably not as efficient anymore since her body has gotten used to it. So if she is doing steady state cardio, start doing some intervals (either running or cathe imax's), if she is lifting light/full bod workouts try doing a 3 day body part split with heavy weights. Or do you have STS? If so, get her 1RM's and get her going through a 3 month rotation. I think its all about just switching up whatever she is doing now to shock her body. Let me know what she's currently doing so i can help more.
