Best way to lean out

Hi Cathe!!:)

I have been doing heavy weight work for a while now; last month 4DS (as a 3 day split with weights) and 30 min cardio on cardio days and the last 2.5 weeks, PS, with 20ish min of cardio on cardio days. In about 2 weeks I would like to start a leaning out/definition rotation. What would you say is the best way to lean out? Is 4 days cardio and 2 full body the way to go? or would you recommend 3 days cardio, 2 full body and one circuit? Its all the same to me;-) so whatever you recommend I will go with.:7
