best tricep exercise?

Hi Cathe!

I'm wondering which exercise you consider the most effective for the inner tricep? I've gotten some definition on the back of my arm (yippee!!) and the outer part of my arm, but the inner upper arm is still a bit flabby. They look great when I'm holding my arms over my head, but hey, how often do you do that in the middle of a conversation? In the standard waving goodbye position, it's still a little shaky.

Advice from the educated crowd also would be appreciated!

I like lying triceps extensions (both "skull crushers" done with a bar---and for a bonus, tack on some close-grip tricep bench presses when you're done, or reps done with dumbbells and palms facing in). You can also do cross-body extensions (I don't remember what workout Cathe does these in).
 
Hi Liz! These also are my suggestions for the inner tricep area: lying extensions and cross body kickbacks. Have a great workout!
