Best step shoes for Morton's Neuroma?

I have Morton's Neuroma in my left foot, not chronic, but when it flares up, OMG! I am currently taking an anti-inflammatory which has helped quite a bit. Now I only seem to have flareups about once a week, if that. I was reading through some of the old posts and noticed that some of the posters had been told to get shoes with a boxier toe. I currently have Ryka's with Superfeet inserts in them - though before the anti-inflammatory, it didn't really make a difference. Has anyone found any brands of shoes that work better than others for this?

TIA!

Morton's Neuroma

Hi Kirsten,

I had a Morton's Neuroma in my right foot for 10 years. I tried many different kinds of shoes, inserts, etc. Nothing helped. I finally got tired of the pain; and since I'm always on my feet, I decided to go for surgery. (It was all covered by insurance) It was the best thing I ever did. I love it.

So...good luck. I just couldn't deal with it anymore (after 10 years). I've been pain free for 12 years now!!

Any more questions, please ask.
