Best Series to Prep for STS?

I posted this on the STS Forum, but I got no replies so I'm trying over here. I'd appreciate any advice.

Let me preface this by saying that I'm coming off a 1 1/2 month bout with bronchitis. I'm haven't lifted a weight in all that time. Now that I'm feeling more like myself again, I want to get back to business, and with the release of STS on the horizon, I was wondering if any of the educated crowd could suggest the best series or combination of Cathe workouts to get me back on track and prepped for the new DVDs.

Maybe try to do something that resembles STS? Start with some endurance workouts for a few weeks (Muscele Endurance, Muscle Max, The Pyramids perhaps). Then move onto to Pure Strength or the Gym Styles for a while. Lastly, follow it all up with a Slow & Heavy rotation.

I was wondering the same thing. Should we not do a 3 day split since thats what we will be doing for all the STS workouts? Like do full body or upper/lower and then shock the body with 3 day splits when STS gets here? Maybe I'm totally wrong
