Picked this up at the grocery store yesterday and was really impressed - 94 recipes - no ads. And many of the recipes look fabulous! It's called "Superfast Weeknight Dinners", and it's a Special edition. I'ts $10, but very worth it. I'm dying to try some of these recipes!

Christine, thanks for mentioning this. I have a subscription to Cooking Light but I actually prefer their special publications and books to the monthly magazine, so I'll be looking for this one.
