Best heart rate monitor/calorie monitor?

I've purchased two on ebay and both were total busts. One didn't work at all. The other one you have to stop and hold the reset button down for 2 seconds and then hold the sensor at the edge of the watch for 10 seconds while it gets your pulse. x(


Is there a moderately priced one out there that will give an consistent heart rate withough having to stop? I'd really like to have the calorie feature too.
