Benefits of 60 vs 40 Min Cardio

I'm always trying to fit in more yoga, so I've recently shortened my cardio sessions to about 40 min (usually 3-4x/wk). If my goal is not to burn a maximal amount of calories, does this shorter duration provide the same cardio benefits?
 
Soosan, in a word, YES. IMO, 40 min. 3-4x per week is plenty of cardio to keep your heart and lungs in great shape.

Hope you don't mind my OCD, Susan. Of course, I'd rather see a picture of you, but the empty box was just reminding me that there was none there! :-(

Much better now. (But a pic would be even better :) ).
