im only 5 foot 2 inches tall, and weigh only about 115.
My problem is the little belly i can not get rid of.
I've had three pregnancies so maybe i am not supposed to get rid of it. Any suggestions for exercises that really work?
Maybe a tummy tuck is the only solution , but thats not reality.

Don't give into surgery so fast :7 ... I am 46, same height as you and I weigh 107 at the present time, and although my stomach is close to flat, its not there yet.

Keep working on it, and make sure your diet is fairly clean, I am sure you will get other replies, like yoga and pilates, I really need to start my pilates:p lol

If what you have is a small layer of fat covering your muscles, then cardio is the solution there. If you just have extra skin, then that may go back on its own. I agree with Rhonda that eating healthy is a really big part of losing that extra fat.

Hi Pickle,

I'm about the same size as you and have never had a child, and have always had the belly thing going on. It's just the way I'm shaped.

I know my figure is not perfect, but the older I get, the more content I am with my body. While my proportions aren't perfect, I know quite a few women my age who would happily trade with me. I don't say that to brag, but rather to focus you on reality. Look around you at other women your age and tell me how you compare. I'm not saying you shouldn't try to improve, I'm just trying to talk you out of considering a tummy tuck. IMHO, plastic surgery is for people who have something terribly "wrong", for lack of a better word, with their appearance. Not for people like you.

Okay, lecture over. I hope you get some good exercise tips.

Eat as clean as possible and work out like a maniac! I also don't eat too late in the evening, I seem to put on weight so I have stopped doing that and it is working for me!

I NEVER recall having a flat stomach in my adult life...I always had atleast a little pooch under the belly button...I got pregnant and had my first child who is now almost 10 months old. After he was born, I worked harder than ever, cleaned up my diet, lost ALL of the pregnancy weight PLUS a pound or two and low and behold...my stomach is now FLAT! It CAN be done girl! If you set your mind to it, you can do anything! :) :) :)

Take the advice given on here...these gals know thier stuff!:+
