I would highly recommend that you keep this DVD. It is a good DVD for a beginner, or someone who wants to learn Cathe's step and her terminology. The Basic Step Workout is just that, but I have found that I can increase my step height, and do power moves for a more intense workout. Body Fusion is considerably tougher than Basic Step, and it is a lot of fun. The add ons are nice too since they are only 20 minutes. I did substitute weights for a bit, but I found it a little awkward. I bought a band on Amazon for $4.95. Just make sure that you buy one that is 4' long or you may not be able to do some of the exercises. Oh, and the ab workout.. kicks my butt every time and it's only 10 minutes.
