beginner--rotation for target step?

I just got the target step w/ Muscle Sculpting, Stretching, and Step DVD's. I'm wondering the best way to rotate the cardio, muscles, and stretching? I checked the rotation forum, but didn't find anything for a beginner using just these three DVD's. Also, I recently had a baby (July), so ABS and glutes are a particular concern. :) And I plan to exercise 6 days/wk.

Thank you so much! I'm really excited about discovering Cathe and looking forward to mastering these DVD's so I can try more. :)
