today (sat) i just did Kathy Smith yoga basics. And it was still hard! I hope I get to feeling less stiff and sore. We went for a slow walk this afternoon then I took a nap. I seem to feel better in the afternoons recently. Usually I have the most energy in the mornings, but lately i've been exhaused in the morning and perky in the afternoon. So maybe I will change my workout time and see if that helps.

Hmmm.. Let's see I started Lower Body Cardio Blast at 8:18 am this morning and it finished at 8:50 am. It looks like I did all the workouts you mentioned but that's a 17 minute difference. I don't know what exercised could have been missed. I will check when I get home and replay the entire premix.
