I tried to modify the advanced high step training and my heart rate (I wear a monitor) stayed above 160 bpm, so at the advice of your staff at cathe.shop, I purchased the beginning high step training circuit and my heart rate is between 148-152. I wanted to be able to keep using the high step I purchased with the high step advanced training I purchased in 2004, so the choreography is appropriate for this high step. I am 55 years old and I'm not sure if 148-152 is too high, but I feel okay after working out using the beginner high step training circuit. HOw many times per week should I work out using this video? Is there a format I could use for this video?
