Beginner Help

Hi Cathe & Everyone!
Just started watching fit-TV and its great. I just started working out again after being in a big slump from the holidays. I need to know what would be the best DVD to buy in Cathe's program for the beginner. There were so many. I do have tenis elbow right now so I can't go heavy and want to start slow. Help....

Hi Twinkltoes.

Not Cathe here, but these are my thoughts. You might want to start out with Cathes Basic Step + Body Fusion for a cardio work out. As for a lifting work out, I would think any of them would be good seeing as you didn't lift to heavy until your arm feels better.

I started with basic step/body fusion then got Low Impact Step that has a body toning segment. That is a very good DVD. After that I went to Cardiio and Wts and IMAX 2. That was my progression. Best of Luck. if you look under the Rotations forum you will find a rotation for beginners. Try it you may get great results.

I appreciate all the good advice from everbody. Have not bought the "step" yet but that is the plan for Monday. I have to go easy on the step to a bad knee.
