<-- gave platelets yesterday so no big workout today, but a lovely yoga session is on the calendar
<-- is off to go find out if tonight is the daylight savings night
<-- forgot to say that DH had carnitas enchiladas and <-- had a crab and mango salad with lime dressing last night in Nance's honor. :9
<-- then watched Monster's Ball and has re-sworn off "deep" movies x(
<-- now only wants to watch movies by Disney or that have the Olson Twins in them :p

<--says the Munch exhibit was excellent and we didn't find it to be too depressing
<--says the dinner at Le Bernardin was awesome
<--says the ceviches were the star of the meal, and everything I hoped they would be and then some :D
<--says according to the NYTimes, which describes it very well the appetizer is "a "progressive tasting" of four fluke ceviches that turns into a world tour. Reading the plates from left to right, first up is fish that has been marinated in lime, cilantro and onion: Peru. Next, olive oil, tomato and basil are thrown into the mix: the Mediterranean. After that comes the addition of ponzu: Japan. And then the fish is finished with a splash of coconut milk: Thailand.

<--is soooooo glad that Amy had a fabulous dinner last night too!! :D
