Be honest - is your REAL weight on your drivers license?

I was always a few (somethimes more than a few) pounds up from where I wanted to be, but always had my goal weight on my license. I'm up for renewal and am at that weight, so I'll list it proudly - OR - do I have them put it 5 pounds lower and hope I "catch down" to that weight? HA! What's on yours?

I'll be walking the Komen 3-day (60 miles) the week after Cathe's RT. To view my webpage go to: https://www.kintera.org/faf/donorReg/donorPledge.asp?ievent=202302&supid=166016627

In Ontario we don't have our weight on our Driver's Licenses. If we did, I'd probably fudge it down a few pounds.

Yes, it is... exactly. However, I had it renewed 2 years ago and weighed about 10 pounds more then. I don't like lying, so it was a motivater! Now I realize that I should have lied 20 pounds!!!!

We don't have it on our licenses in NH either, thank the lord! I'd give up the real weight though. I don't care.

Mine is right on, at the moment. Sometimes it's a little high, sometimes it's a little low. But for the most part, it's pretty accurate. :)

RE: Be honest - is your REAL weight on your drivers license?

It's accurate now, but for a long time it was about 12 lbs. heavier! I didn't change the driver's license - I changed the scale reading! I've very proud to say that I've kept it off for 2-1/2 years now. No magic, just close food monitoring and lot of exercise. Oh, yes, not so much hopping on scale as trying on the tight, non-stretch jeans which works just as well.

RE: Be honest - is your REAL weight on your drivers license?

When I got my license, I put a weight that's 5 pounds heavier than I really was. I feel pretty good now, thinking about it. That license was issued 12 years ago, and I'm still 5 pounds lighter than what it says!

Ha! I haven't changed mine since I was sixteen years old. When they ask, I tell them that unless I have to step on the scale, in front of witnesses . . . well, it's close enough.

My weight was 110 when I got my license at age 16, that was 20 years ago and the weight is still listed at 110. I figure I'm saving them extra typing by not changing it ;)

Mine has always been lower than where I'm at, but the past few years I have been getting things under control and figured out with my body, so I am happy to say I am below the weight on my license!

RE: Be honest - is your REAL weight on your drivers lic...

My drivers license is correct .. (138 pound - 5'6")

.. left my DH to fill out my fishing license (while I grabbed something on the other aisle) .. he put down 210 pounds .. 5' 1 ... I signed the thing w/o looking .. he didn't tell me till I got in the car .. I could have killed him ..

.. he thought it was hillarious of course!x(

RE: Be honest - is your REAL weight on your drivers lic...

Hi Lorrie,

Tennessee no longer lists weight on driver's license.

But when it did, I just put down my actual weight because I wanted to make sure that if needed, the authorities would be able to recognize me.

But have ever been tempted to put down a lower weight when Tennessee still had that listed, Yes I have!

Cheers!

RE: Be honest - is your REAL weight on your drivers lic...

I just had to renew my license this year, and I had the option to renew by mail as a 'safe driver,' but I wanted a new picture (not a good idea, as the new one looks horrendous! Definitely not a good hair day!) and to change my weight to my current weight (5 pounds less).

I might actually be 2 pounds heavier that it says (on some days in particular), but I think 130 is a better number than 132.
