Hi All - need quick help here as I'm trying to figure out my morning workout - it's a strength day, but I'd like to do some cardio as well to burn more.

I looked up an older post that the BC/ME bonus premix is great - can someone tell me if this is more of a strength workout? How long is it?

I would say it is definitley more of a strength workout. It only has about 8 minutes of cardio in it. It is definitley enduranced based though. Have fun! It is a great workout.

thanks all -I did do it and loved it! Have some DOMS in the back today - feels good! I have to try more of these premixes!!
 
i like to sometimes do it in place of p90x rotation legs and back and do pulldowns instead of upper body except back. good sweater!
