BBL for Wed.24

Good morning girls,

I am still here! Boy, do I hate unpacking! I have a lot of stuff!

Stephanie, sorry if I confused you! NO we didn't moved (I will give details later today, I promise!), we stayed in the same house. Everyting I had here in German was already packed up ( I had all my mom dishes, plus military furniture..):mad: ! When I went back to El Paso a few month ago , DH and I shipped all our furniture (we shipped our dining room, living room + lots of dshes :p I got a lot of dishes...), all that stuff got delivered Monday! DH and I have been working our butts off to get the house in oder again! We had boxes everywhere! I am down to 3 boxes! My dishwasher can't keep up with all the dishes! The dishwasher is running all day long! :p

Yesterday DH set up my squat rack, I am so happy! I will try it out today! I also have my own workout room. :p I haven't workout out since Satureday! I hope I will catch up!

I need emty the dishwasher, will be back after my workout!
 
Belinda, ahhhh, thanks for updating me! And unpacking boxes, dishes and furniture is a workout for sure, in my book! 3 more boxes! Will you finish today? Your own workout room! How lucky you are! Hope you enjoy your squat rack today! Let us know how you liked it!

This is my DH being funny. He buys these donuts, leaves them on the kitchen counter so when I get home from work I will see them, out in the open and leaves me this “note” on the package. See the “message” in the upper right corner. Notice though, the half eaten one through the plastic! Hehehe! That would be me! Okay, I’m saying sarcastically, “well, it was a mini!”




MM upper body premix for me this morning! Felt the burning off of that ½ of a donut!

Just a real quick minute for my post. Headed to the school early today to take care of some things.

Workout this morning was: BFL LB and Stretch Max with the band (my fave).
I have an iTread on tap tomorrow, plus abs.

Gayle - NO! Like Stephanie said, I am very tired. I am very burned out! DH went to work today, I am doing everthing by myself! He wanted to take leave, but I think he saw all the work and ran!:eek::p:D

Hey girls...im here, well kinda:confused: im still getting use to collage and boy oh boy I wonder what i got myself into..LOL! Im slowly getting a schedule together! Its only been like three days but i miss talking to you guys!

Gayle-LOL at you the other day making your kids do laps around the house when they were fighting...i may have to borrow that Idea. My kids would probably look at me like im crazy:rolleyes:

Today is a dogwalk(to clear my mind) and because my dH is home today im gonna do a circuit...cardio and weights! I didn't get to do it yesterday so I will do it today! Yesterday I did a dogwalk and a run interval!

Belinda-so sorry to hear how much you're taking on right now. If YOU had the chance, would YOU run away too? LOL Hang in there, babe!

Amelia-My older DS will be doing 10 laps when they get home from school later today! LOL He was picking on his brother at breakfast and I had enough. Told him he owed me 10 laps and he walked out of the house, slamming the door! LOL

Steph-I just downloaded 6 new iTreads the other night. I had 6 credits that piled up so I went shopping! LOL I think tomorrow I may do set 33, 35 minutes, EXTREME! Check out the description. Can I tempt you?

I am done with BFL legs and Stretch Max! I squated 85#! Hope I can walk tomorrow!:D

Gayle** I was tinking about running away last few day's! No joke!:mad: I was so tired yesterday, I went to bed at 9 p.m. I slept like a baby! When you do BFL legs how many sets do you do for quads and hamstrings? I always do 2 sets each:eek:

Rough day for me.

Sorry I didn't get a chance to check-in until now. I didn't workout at all today just too busy and frustrated with DS giving me a hard time this morning about going to school.

Belinda: HeHe! I knew what you meant about the BBL! ;) Typing when you are tired can mess you up good! You'll be unpacked and your workout room will be all set up soon! You'll have to let un know how you like your squat rack. Nice job on the squats!!!

Gayle: New iTreads eh? Let me know what you think...I have new ones to get at the beginning of next month. ;) I love that stretch max!

Amelia: You sound like you have your plate full with college and life in general! I hope that your new job will be fun and a nice break from a hectic week. How did cardio & weights go today?

Steph: You are tempting me with the thought of a donut! :) Nice job on MM this morning! May you feel the DOMS tomorrow! ;)

No workout for me today but I will be all that more determined tomorrow!!!! I have to workout big time to burn off these two beers I just had!!! Big time NONO! Just too stressed out today!

I was wondering where you were today! So sorry to hear about DS. When did school start for him? Maybe it's just jitters? Have you had any meetings with the teacher? Maybe you can have his classes/teacher switched? I will be thinking of him! I'm sure it will level out real soon.

Hey, I'm drinking a glass of wine right now...every now and then we need a little stress reliever! Cheers! What WO are you planning? I need to do aerobics but haven't decided which one to do!

All this wine and beer floating around...you ladies are being naughty!!!;) Today must be that kind of day, though. I came home and there were two Hershey minature Special Dark bars left in the candy bowl. I gobbled 'em right up! I savored every tiny morsel!!! Thankfully, I had been able to ignore the candy bowl until now so I'm glad there were only two left!

Just finished dinner and letting the food settle before I go down and tackle HSTA. I'm mixing it up a little this week and adding in some circuits instead of heavy weight work. I needed a change, I guess.

Steph - that pic of the donuts is a riot!!!

Heidi - sorry to hear your DS is having a hard time and giving you a hard time...:(

Belinda - sounds like your getting quite a workout unpacking all of your stuff!

Amelia - I hope your school-days get better soon. Sounds like you've got alot on your plate.

Gayle - did DS give you those 10 laps he owes you? And more importantly, does he owe you any more since coming home from school?!?!
