BBC Question

Hi Guys,

For those of you that do BBC, do you break up the cardio and weights? I want to do the workouts, but it's easier for me to do the cardio in the morning and the weights of an evening rather than the entire thing at one time. Just wondered if anyone else does this.

Oh yeah, I break it up all the time. I also don't end up doing the BBC cardio all that often. I'll do the weights in the morning and then a Cathe cardio in the evening or something. However you can fit it in is fine. Don't worry about splitting it up! :)

I haven't yet, but very tempted. Especially since I am currently still panting from Arms & Abs.

Has anyone noticed that when they do a second round of exercises that are exactly the same as the first round that some of the film is actually from the first round? Or is it just me getting delusional or blinded by sweat?

Yes, I noticed that too!!! I thought maybe I was going crazy, so I'm so glad you mentioned that! It's especially noticeable to me in the Arms/Abs workout.

I haven't done it this way...I usually suffer through the cardio first then do the weight section right after. The only reason I don't split it up is I'm too lazy and it takes too much effort to have to shower twice a day...tee hee!

You can break it up so that it suits you, but I agree with Angela - I am too lazy to shower twice a day and take it all in one dose. :p
 
Just wanted to chime in and say I've only done Arms & Abs once, but did notice that they use the same footage (slightly edited) for the second round... So, no, you're not both crazy! :p
