...to come down and tell me "do this on this day, this on the next, add a little of that here and there and BEHOLD, in three months time you will have the body of Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider."
Seriously though, at this point I'm at a loss with what to do in terms of cardio, especially reading the cardio posts of the last few days. Basically I am happy with my body and the challenges I set for myself. I just want a little more definition, especially in my shoulders. So, I have cut back on my cardio a bit. Then, Catheites who I thought were pretty cut and probably didn't do a lot of cardio post that they do quite a bit of cardio because they don't eat totally clean (nor do I) or for mental health or whatever; Catheites who I thought were pretty lean and probably focused mostly on cardio post that they only do cardio a few times a week and mostly life. I know that every person has to find what works for her, but I'm beginning to think that it's such a balancing act that I can upset my plans with one "wrong" step. Combine that with the fact that it's really important to me to have a non-obsessive attitude towards fitness and health, and, well, you can see why I need an exercise fairy x(. Perhaps if I leave a sports bra under my pillow tonight I'll wake up in the morning and find a Tomb Raider Rotation in its place.
Thanks for letting me rant ladies. I'll figure it out, it's just frustrating me to no end right now.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming ‘Wow - what a ride!’ — Peter Sage
