Basically I Need an Exercise Fairy...

...to come down and tell me "do this on this day, this on the next, add a little of that here and there and BEHOLD, in three months time you will have the body of Angelina Jolie in Tomb Raider." :D

Seriously though, at this point I'm at a loss with what to do in terms of cardio, especially reading the cardio posts of the last few days. Basically I am happy with my body and the challenges I set for myself. I just want a little more definition, especially in my shoulders. So, I have cut back on my cardio a bit. Then, Catheites who I thought were pretty cut and probably didn't do a lot of cardio post that they do quite a bit of cardio because they don't eat totally clean (nor do I) or for mental health or whatever; Catheites who I thought were pretty lean and probably focused mostly on cardio post that they only do cardio a few times a week and mostly life. I know that every person has to find what works for her, but I'm beginning to think that it's such a balancing act that I can upset my plans with one "wrong" step. Combine that with the fact that it's really important to me to have a non-obsessive attitude towards fitness and health, and, well, you can see why I need an exercise fairy x(. Perhaps if I leave a sports bra under my pillow tonight I'll wake up in the morning and find a Tomb Raider Rotation in its place. :D

Thanks for letting me rant ladies. I'll figure it out, it's just frustrating me to no end right now.

Hi Sparrow. What works for me is to decide what I want to accomplish in the next 30 or 60 days...and then I dig through all of the Cathe rotation's and find one that suits my needs for that point in time. Have you taken a look at the new March rotation yet? Cathe is focusing on strength and the rotation itself looks very appealing given the workouts she's using for it.

I know I'm not much help here but maybe some of the personal trainers will post some tips for you.

Also, I like to throw in some of the AJock mish-moshes too because they can really shake up your routine!!

FitnessFreak366 has developed some nice rotation's too...check them out on the Rotation board.

And yeah...there is always Richard Simmons!!! lol

Okay, just as long as it's not the version of Angelina in Tomb Raider where she's coming down the stairs in her sexy pjs and her boobs are COMPLETELY uneven;)

>and her boobs are COMPLETELY uneven;)

WOW! I do have something in common with Angelina! :p
