Barrys Bootcamp??

Hi everyone...I feel like I have been mia from this forum but I was hoping i could get an opinion...I have barrys bootcamp and i want to try a rotation but i feel like i will be doing 2 of the same body parts back to back if I follow a 5 day routine(consecutive days) does anyone have this set?? and if so how do you use it?? thanks Mary
 
This is the *official* rotation(It used to be on his website.)

Monday--Arms and Abs
Tuesday--Butt and Legs
Wednesday--Chest and Abs
Thursday--Shoulders and back
Friday--Full Body

I think BBC is one tough little set! Good luck! It's completely different from Cathe but very challenging in it's own right.
 
thank you sooo much!! now i see the method! they are very tough work outs but i like to spice it up sometimes
