YESSSSS!! Worth every penny. I just read about them on the forum a couple of weeks ago and decided to order...I've been doing nothing but Cathe workouts for about 5 months and wanted to shake it up a bit. I also really love the 1-2 body parts per day w/ cardio model, and was intrigued by the total body no weights day. Anyway, they came a little over a week ago and I've done all but the all bodyweight day - but I have previewed that as well. I have LOVED every minute of them, and my body really took to the change-up. I've seen some new stuff from these, and I just really like the style of the instructors. It's a lot of fun!
I've tried many other instructors since beginning with Cathe about 1 year ago, but I have not taken to any of them like I've taken to Cathe until these. They are very challenging, like a Cathe workout, but you can also modify pretty easily, also like a Cathe workout. The underlying philosophy is very similar, in my opinion, as well. With Cathe I'm always reminded to "embrace the challenge, don't fear it" and with Barry's Bootcamp I'm reminded, "If you want it, you have to work for it" - I really like that!
All that said, I have not done the treadmill workouts as I don't have a treadmill. I love the cardio portion on all four of the weight days, however!
