shellers, i have not done the treadmill portions, but i think it was gayle who said that she thinks some of the exerecises they have you do broke her TM. i think there is something where you don't actually have your TM on, but you move the belt with your feet.

the non-TM portions are pretty tough. especially since everything is done on FOUR RISERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

can't wait to hear what you think. i did legs on saturday and am still feeling it!
 
Hi Shelley! Yes I have done all of the treadmill BBC workouts.
They really concentrate on interval speed drills and elevation changes.
VERY tough.... you should love it!!}( }( }(

if SHELLY is saying it's hard (yes, the woman who just did a 27 mile man versus beast run) then i am REALLY scared!!!
