i did that w/o yesterday and zero DOMS the next. i had to drop to 5 pds because of the high reps. in p90x shoulders i use 8,12,15 and back 12,20 pds. am i doing something wrong? otherwise i love the w/o-so creative.

Hey Laura,

I usually feel major doms...especially lower back. You might just need to get used to it. I use 8,10,15 and 25 lbs for this workout depending on what the exercise is. I actually do 15 for the shoulder presses which I couldn't even do with P90x before. Go higher in weights next time. I almost never get doms in my upper back...only some kickboxing workouts do it for me.
 
Funny because this is the only workout that gives me DOMS in my lats. I'm not sure why - there really aren't any new or different exercises in the workout. I don't do the push-ups where you lift the weights - I lean over my stability ball and lift the weights like that instead. Otherwise, I use heavier weights for the back work - 20-30lb. dumbbells.
