To all of you that like Barefoot Cardio do you have any other Ellen Barrett DVDs you like? I really like that the dvd really does have a cardio effect but is so low impact!
I have all of Ellen's Studio Series and love them all but I think the closest would be Fat Burning Fusion. You can check out the clip on totalfitnessdvds.com.
