I got this idea from looking at the road trip pics and would make for a complete well-rounded workout program from Cathe. First the yoga stretches done while everyone was in their jammies looked awesome. Maybe do another total body stretch dvd with three 20 min workouts using yoga/pilates/flexibility. I know that yoga makes me feel awesome every time.
It would also be nice to have a band only workout to use while away from home. I know it is not intense for Cathe, but she can make it high reps to feel some burn. From looking at the roadtrip pics, it was great to see the different exercises one can do with the band. I have picked some up from some of Cathe's dvds, but it would be nice to have them all in a total body workout. Last time I went on vacation, I took my band but couldn't remember all the exercises I could do with it. I needed Cathe to tell me.
