Balance ball size?

I thought we had a balance ball, but was unable to find it in the garage at all. So I went to target to get one. I'm only 5ft 2in so I got the 55 cm one. Web I blew it up it seems so small! I guess at the gym they just had the bigger sizes, nothing for us short people.

So my question is-is this the right size for me? It said for heights 5'0"-5'5", so I'm assuming that's right. It just seems that in videos the balls are so much bigger than the people!

I pumped it up to it's max and I think it is ok. Maybe I just imagine myself taller-kinda like when I do a Cathe video I imagine that's what my body looks like! Lol!

I think that's the appropriate size for you. I had both sizes, because I'm 5'4" & the 55 seemed a little small to me. The 65 seemed huge when I first tried it, but I'm getting used to it now.
Loved your humor about imagining that's what you look like when you're doing a video. I'm the same way! LOL

I'm 5'2" and mine is a 53 cm. When you sit on the ball, is your bent leg at approximately a 90 degree angle or slightly more? That was my understanding of how to check the correct size for you.
