Bad hip/easy on lunges

Hi, I'm new to cathe.com and would like to try one of her tapes but don't want to get in over my head. At 53, I consider myself an intermed. exerciser (bike/weights/tapes 6 days per week). I'm in decent shape but have arthritis and bursitis in one hip. I know, I'm way to young for that! Anyway, tapes using a step or heavy on lunges are painful and difficult to execute. Squats don't bother me. So where do I begin with a Cathe tape?

Hi Alexis I don't really like doing lunges myself so sometimes when I feel like I can't balance I just do squats instead. So Any weights tape is great because you can modify anything that doesn't feel right for you. For weights I like the PUB/PLB, ME, and S&H. If you don't want to use a step a good cardio would be Cardio Kick, it doesn't use a step. You also can preview any of the videos before you buy them. Most of the previews are like 10 minutes long. Good luck;-)
