BackJoy - Has anybody used it?

I've seen the infomercial a couple of times and have wondered if it really helps back pain. Has anyone tried this or any other infomercial back product? Thanks!

Hi Becky! Thanks for asking! I did receive both dvd's and have only done the upper body once. I didn't review the proper techniques before doing the postures and I know I need to do that first before the next time I use it. How are your muscles doing? Merry Christmas to you too!!!

I bought one (or something VERY similar to it) from QVC, and hated it.
I tried it both on my sofa and in the car, and it made my back feel WORSE in both cases!
I sent it back ASAP.

Thanks Kathryn! I just looked at the QVC one and it looks different from the one on t.v. There certainly are a lot of reviews on it. I sure hope your back recovered quickly from it. I've had treatments/products that were supposed to make my back better and like you, they made them worse. I appreciate you letting me know your experience. Here's to HEALTHY backs!!!!!
