I finally got response from wul6255 about my winning ebay item. She or he states bidpay does so work and she recieves payment all the time. They sent this email through a different id from yahoo. This email came from thisisgoodyear200... My problem is I don't know if I should trust this person. I would hate to give her bad feedback and I do want the dvd but thier business practices I do not care for. My question is what do I do, do I try to repurchase or do I just say no thank you?

I asked them to retract my bid (wolfdoing) and they did. They put through a mutual request. The different emails worry me. Once ebay said I had no obligation, I ordered it new from Cathe's website. If I do buy on ebay, I will now only purchase from those I have in the past or have high feedback score. Good luck, keep us posted.
 
Sound like a good plan to me. They only had 2 responses on thier feedback both postive. But really not good enough for me at this point in the game. I would rather deal with Amazon.
 
I also noticed one of the feedbacks were from Allenlofarm--another questionable seller that seems to be selling Baby Einstein DVD's--just like WUL(whatever). I think they are the same person. Also, did you notice the other item purchased was empty, blank, black DVD cases? I have this seller on my watch list--just curious to see what happens.
 
Well I sent wul6255 an email stating I was no longer interested in this bid. I also noticed that and then it looks like they are selling under a different name and have a lot of Cathe dvds all with the same titles. How many PowerHour dvds can one person possibly have. The whole thing just makes me nervous. I also looked them up they have Tx and an IL listed as where they live.

How do you find out what purchases they have made? I don't know how to find out that they bought dvd cases.

Just beware of these people.

Hi

If you click on their name, the items they sold or bought come up. click on the tab that says 'from sellers' and then click on the item number and it will show you what it was. Keep us posted, hopefully they will mutually retract the bid
 
Hi Jenn and all!

I just received a message from ebay stating they have suspended all auctions, etc on the buyer I had - wolfdoing. I did notice that the listings by wul6255 are gone as well, not sure if they ended or if they removed them.

Jenn - did you get an email?
