<--almost forgot to tell ya that PLB has given <-- such BAD glute and hamstring DOMS that <-- has been awake since 4AM!

<--also wants to tell Deb that <-- had a friend's family in elementary school that owned a restaurant and she and <-- would sit in the kitchen and eat dill pickles out of the 5 gallon jars until she and <-- were sick :eek:

<--- believes that the older one gets, the more appealing accordian playing becomes

<--- remembers when she was 12 and said to her Dad "I'm craving dill pickles" and he said "Are you pregnant?"
<--- wasn't quite sure how to deal with that at age 12
<--- 's cold is obviously causing some sort of delerium and weird thoughts
<--- has just learned from someone who just had this cold that <--- will likely be suffering for about another week
<--- thinks that's just craptacular

<--took DS for a walk this morning and was unpleasantly surprised at how chilly it was.:-(
<--has DS down for nap now and will be joining Deb in java-sipping momentarily.
<--still has work out to do but has strange pain in shoulder/back/neck that may hinder it if it doesn't go away soon.:(
<--hopes Boybs is better soon!

<--- had an appt with her internist today for all the usual stuff like cholesterol levels and weight;(
<--- had her first truly "normal" cholesterol level:)
<--- needs a little tweaking on the HDL/LDL ratio but even they are within normal limits
<--- weighed 5#'s heavier at her appt fully clothed than she did at home naked in the morning:eek:
<--- asked my doc if she would mind coming to her house for appts because her weight and BP are always much better at home:7
<--- 's BP is wavering between normal and prehypertensive and she is a leetle nervous aboot that (high BP runs rampant in her damily)
<--- blows kisshies and sends ~~~~~ get well soon ~~~~~ vibes to all you sickies out there and hopes you go from craptacular to spectacular!
<--- will not stay in a home where there's no accordian player and that's that!
<--- hopes Debbie will post a pic of the Elmo chair:7 :+
