Hi all,

I decided to start this for anyone doing this months rotation who may want to join or have a seperate checkin. I check in later in the evening than most of you gals. But I really enjoy the check in. It helps me to stay on track.

I started the rotation yesterday. This is my first rotation of this sort. I'm thinking of tweaking it just a little to fit my schedule and add some xtra cardio.

I don't have slow and heavy so I did GS back and chest and combos 1-5 of HISM. My pecs are sore!!!

I'm thinking of alternating GS with APX for this rotation.

Today I'm thinking of KPC/LG circuit.

Hi Jenn and all who come after :)

I am doing the Oct. rotation also, and I started yesterday. I did S&H chest and back and have some DOMs in my chest and lower back (must be the deadlifts.) I always feel deadlifts more with the dumbells.

Today was S&H legs. I really like today, since its only a half hour workout and no leg presses!!

I am not sure what I will do tonight or what I can handle since I am so tired. I'm thinking KPC or I may opt to take another day off and do an upper body and lower body w/o in one day....

Next week will be tricky as I am at a conference but after the week I've been through it will be a welcome challenge!
 
Hi I am on the second week of this rotation. I did KPC this AM Boy I could feel it in my glutes from the SH Legs/Shoulders. I am really liking this rotation. I think Cathe is getting us ready for the new work outs! :)

I am also on week 2..Today's workout for me is S&H legs and shoulders. I will be doing that after I finish homeschooling the kids..

Kathy great to join you again. This looks like another great rotation. I lost several inches off my chest from the circuit rotation, and a half inch here and there in some other spots but no weight loss.

Deanine and Lori I look forward to working out with you gals.

I am on week 1 as I stated earlier. I did KPC/LG premix the 82 minute one. It felt good. I love leg workouts when there are no leg presses. But boy is my upperbody sore from yesterday.

I combined cardio today and yesterday so if I get sidetracked I still won't be far off track!! Plus I had time for longer workouts since it was federal holiday and today is my day off.

After my shower and some house cleaning, I have some errands to run and go grocery shopping.
