I would love to see a Basic Choreography Step/Aerobic Low Impact workout. Good for working really hard without having to think too much. Also good for those with arthritis issues who still want an intense workout but cannot take the impact. Oh yeah and great music is a must!! Maybe an hour long workout including a nice stretch and also a shorter version for time crunched days.
Please oh pretty please!
