Back from vacation....

Whew! Made it back from vacation in Florida and the Bahamas and just missed all the bad weather - WHEW!!!.......

I've got tons of stories and pics, but I can't catch up at work long enough to write anything more than this for now. :+

I am definitely going to get a workout in tonight, but I feel like I'm starting over and don't know where to begin. Maybe a favorite Cathe tape would be just the ticket......CW or IMAX 2.....

Hopefully I'll be back on tonight after doing LOADS of laundry. ;(

I too just got back from vacation, although I was in Hawaii. It is brutal to catch up at work after being gone, isn't it?

I did work out 3 times on vacation, but the last two mornings I can tell that I've lost some ground.
