Back from vacation

Hi Fitness Friends!
I am back from Hilton Head. Had an AMAZING time, but missed you all!
My new workouts had arrived while I was gone, so I can start with new stuff tomorrow! I got the CTX DVD and PowerHour, also Season Zeigler's (sp?) Rock Steady Step. I can't wait to workout tomorrow!
My vacation is counting as my week of rest, but omg, we walked and walked and walked on the beach & EVERYWHERE! I also ate like food was going to disappear from the planet any minute.........but I guess it balances out. ;)
I will see you all in daily checkin tomorrow for sure.:)
I'm going to have fun deciding what workout to do tomorrow? Any suggestions after a week of "rest"??

Becky....welcome back!!! We missed you too. Sounds like you had a great time walking on the beach. That is so good for you. I am getting the CTX DVD too. Hopefully Tues. I'd say go for one of the CTX workouts. Shoulders are my favorite parts to work...:)...Carole

Thank you for the welcome back!:) I couldn't wait until tomorrow and decided to try 10-10-10 and LOVED IT! It was a lot of fun.
Shoulders are my favorite part to work out too, so maybe that's what I'll hit tomorrow.
I have a feeling I'm gonna love the whole CTX DVD......hope you do too! :)

Hi Becky. Welcome back! How about Power Hour or Muscle Endurance or Muscle Max? Those seem to leave no bodypart untouched. When you get a good burn going on, it seems that much easier to keep the feeling going all week. Maybe it's just me.
