<---has sore legs from lifting boxes, so is doing upper body and core work with mindy mylrea(got strength toolbox from netflix,cathe should really do something like this for intermediate/advanced that are short on time,great versatile dvd)
<---is trying to move along LOL coffee isn't helping ;(
<---is happy that Cathe saw her post in ask cathe, i wanted to cry picturing Cathe tearing up at our story
