<--is very curious about what sedative the pediatrician gave to Meg?
<--reminds Meg that the people that are doing the scan are only techs and NOT nurses and that if they felt that Connor needed a nurse to administer the sedative, then THEY should have provided one!!!
<--knows that the radiology dept at <--'s hospital has a nurse that works in the dept specifically to administer sedative, either oral or IV, whichever is called for!!!
<--knows that the pediatrician wouldn't have prescribed the medication for Meg to give if he did feel you could handle it!!!
<--Hugs to Meg for dealing with the nasty tech people!!!!

<--LoungeMax was wonderful!!!
<--got new pillows in the mail today, and of course had to take them for a test run!!!
<--DH even likes it and that's hard!!!
<--pillows are a big deal for DH....he has a plate and screws in a couple vertebrae in the neck, so his range of motion is very decreased, therefore regular pillows don't all work for him
<--like <-- said, pillows are a thing of beauty when they work for him!!!

<--is happy that Robin feels better after NapMax, especially since she will be working with a blow torch this evening
<--hopes that JD does not show up to VBS tonight since Robinator has the blow torch
<--on second thought, it may not be a bad idea.....a blow torch is definitely a good deterrant to bad behavior!!!}( }( }( }(

<--snorts when Meg says the the dr gave her Chloral Hydrate...thinking that the radiology techs AGAIN AND STILL didn't know what they were talking about!!!!
<--oh, and another thing...What was the radiologist thinking yelling at the pediatrician? A radiologist read x-rays, CT scans and MRI's, they don't prescribe medications, therefore, don't know squat about medications and what's appropriate!!!!x(
<--typically have found being a nurse for 11 years that radiologist tend NOT to have any people/bedside skill whatsoever!!! (Neither do pathologists, but that's another topic entirely)
<--now if it were something like, say, versed, that's a different story entirely!!! That needs to be administered by a nurse.
