<--it totally with Beavs about sleeping and lack thereof because of DH's noctural wanderings (and falling off the bed, AGAIN!!!) Actually it was more slipping of the edge because he fell alsleep sitting up and his legs gave out......because he was asleep!

<--the kitchen table got straightened up FINALLY
<--DH has 3-4 boxes of items on the table that have been there for 2-3 MONTHS. Everytime <--nags him to put them away, it's , "I ca't because I need to send them back"
<--the boxes are still there, but the mess on the table is gone!

<--not enough java!!!!

<--hopes that S&S have a great day at the beach!!
<--thinks that Robin and <--need to sneak off and join Mel and the GA boys at the beach!!!

<--ignored it last week, but it's getting too shaggy and is ready to attack anyone not awake enough to watch their feet!

<--found frozen turkey breast at grocery store several weeks ago that you can take straight from freezer to oven to roast
<--thinks that ^^^^would make very yummy sammiches!!!

<--- can't remember anything else and has to much to do before leaving for the beach so is goooooooooooooooooone!!!!
 
<---says the voices in my head spoke to the feet and they tried to walk to the gift shop to get a chunky for the mouth
<---found a banana and some PB, shoved them into the mouth and managed to stop the feet from traveling
<---voices are now mad, but PB has muffled them for a bit
<---hopes all goes well with Judy and the hip pain can be banished without any exercise changes

<--says let <--tell ya about <--day:
Got to hospital early (8:30) and gave Connor sedative, which of course he spit half of it out. An hour later- no sleepys! So since I knew he spit most of it out, gave him a little more (was quite careful not to OD him of course)The scan tech lady tried to get him to sit on the bed and in less then 5 seconds she said- "this isn't going to work, so you will have to come back another time for IV sedation and a whole big production, sorry". I said, I will wait a little longer. SHe asked what sedative his doc gave me and she said "I can't believe he gave you that, we have nurses administer this stuff! this isn't working, you should just go home (11:00am). I wanted to cry, thinking "if only nurses are supposed to do it, then why could I get it at a pharmacy DUH??????" So go out to parking lot, start to drive away, and he was passed out, snoring! I said "Chase- we are going back, leave everything in the car and be ready to run!!"
So I brought him back in there and stood there for 20 minutes holding this sleeping child while I thought my shoulders were going to burst. Then they acted like they weren't very happy and did the scan. then they said they needed to take him to MRI to check him out (scaring me by saying this thinking they found something bad). He woke up and was fine, but they said I should never have given him that medicine myself. I didn't know how to feel about it, but I trust my ped completely and he did the right thing.

<--says the good news is everything looks alright so far!
<--says Chase is also perfect, his appt went well, even though he got 2 shots
<--still has to take Connor to a neurologist, and will have more info about the scan on Friday at his appt.

<---wishes the medical field (and I include myself) could be more understanding - For every good story I hear, it seems like there are 5 bad ones. I will remember your experience next time I have to deal with a patient.
