Baby arrival

Hello everyone,

I thought that I would share the news of my arrival: Edie Rowan. She was delivered on December 4 and I am still finding my bearings as a new (and of course, sleep deprived) mom. :) Thanks for the support during pregnancy - if I hadn't found this forum, I think I would have given up exercise completely. While it wasn't great, I am glad that I did soemthing. Now, I cannot wait to get back into shape and reclaim my body (except for the nursing which I enjoy). Motherhood definetely beats pregnancy!

To all the expectant mothers: keep up the good work and I wish you all a healthy pregnancy, delivery and baby!

Annie

Congratulations!! If you think about it, pay attention to her movements while she's sleeping, or awake. It'll bring some light to what she was doing in your belly sometimes. I emjoyed seeing my son jump every now and then and then think, ok, yup, I remember my entire belly jumping every now and then. It was fun!
