I'm getting ready to do the leg blast premix for the 1st time. I see others saying it's a killer, am I going to regret this? I have my DS's soccer game tomorrow, I have a feeling I'll be sitting on the sidelines for this one:) BTW when I do the full w/o I'm sore for about a week. Thanks for the input:7

OMG I just did S&H Bi's and Tri's last night where Cathe says that!! haha. I chuckle at that every time.

Oh and the Leg Blast premix will give you some DOMS but you won't regret it. It's fun and effective and I loved how I felt the next day!
 
B&G in any format gives me DOMS but the Leg Blast premix is especially painful for the next few days!!!!! I just did it this afternoon too so I'll be your sister in pain tomorrow!;)

I decided to do it w/o weights y'day. The only resisitance I used is the band for the firewalkers and it STILL burned like CRAAAZY! I can feel the DOMS settling in as I type this!;)
 
you guys are scaring me,Im doing B&G's for the FIRST time today!;)

Im going to pace myself and listen to my body! Can't wait for the doms :7.(I just hope I can walk tommorrow)
 
Try this one (I call it my 'butt-blaster REmix"):
B&G warm-up
B&G ankle-weight floor work
B*G 'Leg blast' premix

I think it's important after a tough lower body workout like this, to not sit around alot afterwards, which makes you sorer and stiffer. Walk around a bit, like plan to go to Walmart to shop and walk through the aisles. If you do the workout, then shower, then just sit around the rest of the day (or do it close to bedtime, so won't be moving for 8 hours), you will regret it more than if you keep moviing to flush that lactic acid out of the muscles and keep circulation going.

(I did an 11-mile walk the other day, and avoided major soreness by keeping active afterwards, including a walk through Walmart).
 
OK. It's now Monday and I did the Leg Blast premix Friday. I can finally go up and down the steps:D OMG:eek: I'm not going to repeat the words that came from my mouth as I did the w/o but it wasn't pretty. And I used very little weight! Soccer and food shopping were oh so much fun, not for me but I'm sure it was good entertainment for everyone else:p
 
Ha - that is exactly how I felt when I was done and I even took my dog rollarblading after I did the workout - my legs were shaking so badly I stuck to FLAT ground, but that did help flush some lactic acid out...

That workout is a 10 plus in difficulty....imo
