Just having some fun here and was really motivated today when I tried out the preacher bench! Got to show you all how much fun I was having...making faces too! I love that bench as it keeps your form in order. Tricky on the hands though with the heavier weight.

Thanks everyone! Since I wasn't at the road trip, it is the best I can do to show you that I am working it too! Makes me feel like you are all right there with me and encouraging me to keep going! I don't want you all to think I am lazy! LOL!
