I posted most of this on the "What time Friday" thread last night but thought it might be more visible if I put it into a new post. More later, gaters! ;-)

Hi y'all! So sorry we've been delayed in getting the final schedule out -- it's been a work in progress and Cathe & her staff (we're helping too) are working to get it JUST right, so that the weekend flows very smoothly yet is chock full of fun stuff for you. I promise more details REALLY soon!
The Friday night event does indeed start at 6:00 (and goes til 10:00) at Cathe's gym, and there will be bus transportation leaving the hotels in the vicinity of 5:30 - 5:45 (details TBD, coming soon!) A reminder that there will be good food -- and plenty of it -- at the Meet & Greet.
A reminder, too, to those of you who will have rental cars -- I'm real serious when I tell you that Cathe's gym is a straight, easy drive from the hotels, maybe 10-12 minutes, and if you want to drive over to the gym for the par-TAY, by all means don't feel at all intimidated by the fact that it's unfamiliar territory. It is, but it's not hard at all to conquer, I promise you. We're putting together VERY good driving directions for you, girls. Cathe and Nancy have even been test-running our routes for us to make sure every turn is correct and that we've given you the easiest routes possible!
You will have everything we can THINK of to tell you (e.g., driving directions all over the place, Rapid Rover airport transport info, info on your spouses' and you using Cathe's gym) perhaps over the weekend and at the LATEST by the early part of next week, cross our hearts!
In the meantime, please post specific questions here, and we'll do our best to answer them ASAP so that everybody can share info!
