Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 9:30am EST we’ll be doing “Pumped Up Lower Body” LIVE! We’ll be doing rounds of classic lower body exercises we know well (so don’t cheat yourself… go for a challenging weight!) Each round starts off with a little hint of cardio and then we move on to three lower body exercises and repeat them before we start with a new round

Equipment Needed:

A weighted barbell (have enough weight handy to do deadlifts, squats, and front squats)

A variety of weighted dumbbells (I’ll be using 10’s, 12’s and 15’s)
