Hi Everyone,

This month we’ll focus on a mixture of weight training, cardio and circuit type workouts. This rotation is sure to test your muscle and cardio endurance! Be sure to stay hydrated and eat plenty of healthy nutrients! As always take an extra rest day if needed! Have fun!


WEEK ONE:

Mon: Circuit Blast

Tues: Perfect Pump Upper Body

Wed: Perfect Pump Lower Body

Thurs: Cardio Core Circuit

Fri: Ride (or cardio of choice)

Sat: High Reps

Sun: OFF or Perfect Flow of choice


WEEK TWO:

Mon: Athletic Training

Tues: Total Body Trisets Upper Body

Wed: Total Body Trisets Lower Body

Thurs: Crossfire

Fri: Cycle Sweat (or cardio of choice)

Sat: Muscle Max

Sun: OFF or Perfect Flow of choice


WEEK THREE:

Mon: Boot Camp Circuit

Tues: Strong Body Stacked Sets Upper Body

Wed: Strong Body Stackes Sets Lower Body

Thurs: To The Max

Fri: Pedal Power (or cardio of choice)

Sat: Muscle Endurance

Sun: OFF or Perfect Flow of choice


WEEK FOUR:

Mon: Afterburn

Tues: Pyramid Upper Body

Wed: Pyramid Lower Body

Thurs: Cardio Supersets

Fri: Cycle Max (or cardio of choice)

Sat: Power Hour

Sun: OFF or Perfect Flow of choice
