Attention Cathe Live subscribers: Thursday August 16th, 2018 at 9:15 am EST we’ll be doing “Kick Butt Boot Camp” Live! Five rounds of non stop intensity. Each round has four exercises that will keep you challenged from start to finish.

Equipment Needed:

A full sized step with 2 risers under each side

Various weighted dumbbells...we’ll be using anywhere from 5 lbs to 15 pounds

A fitness mat
