Hi ladies!!
Chris, wow, you must feel like a million bucks with all that sleep!! Good for you. You sure need it. I bet you'll have a great run today. I have some DOMS from MIS - mostly in my upper body, but my lower is feeling it too. I agree with Beth's advice about Squeeze or Exhale if you're going to do STS with it. I don't have the Exhale but I have a couple barre DVDs and you could do those in between STS workouts, but not Squeeze, I don't think. Although, I do love Squeeze!
Beth, yes, this is fun to be on the same rotation again! That's how we all started out here way back. Has it been a year? You and Chris are making me hungry with your yummy dinners! I'm not so sure if fish sauce actually is made from fish or not either. We had Chinese last night. (ordered, not made!) I've only done PH a few times, but I remember those lunges! Not looking forward to those tomorrow!!
Vilma, wow, your son has alot going on. That cruise sounds divine!

Take it easy so you can feel better sooner.
Hey Kathy!
I'm going to try to get to the treadmill for my run. We have a meeting that might run into the time that the treadmills are available at the gym. Why does work have to get in the way of important stuff??

I may go run outside if that's the case. We're not that far from the lake, which would be very cool to run along.
Last night Colin started football practice. Two hours, five nights a week. He's been so excited about it. Right before we were supposed to leave, he had a total meltdown cause he couldn't get the chin strap on and I was no help. Then he couldn't find any socks and he was crying uncontrollably that we were going to be late. I was actually kind of worried about him - he usually takes everything in stride. I think he really wants to do well in this and is putting alot of pressure on himself. I just want it to be fun for him and for him not to get hurt. DH went to check on him and he was fine and I went early to pick him up to see how he was doing. I was worried he wouldn't like it and then it would be struggle to get him there every day. But, he loved it. He was happy when I picked him up and said the coaches said he was one of the fastest kids. That made me happy since maybe he'll be a running back or receiver and not a lineman! The first game isn't for a month or so. Jameson is also starting back to soccer this week, so our schedules are going to get crazy again.
I have to go back to my eye doctor to get my lasik complication checked out again. Last time he said to come back in six months and it's already been six months. I don't think my vision has really changed, which is good. Hopefully he'll just keep watching it and tell me to come back again in six months. I'm not looking forward to the procedure if he decides to do it.
Oh....I got my Insanity!! Very excited, but a bit nervous!! I may try one of them in place of Imax2 in the rotation later this week.
Better run....I'm rambling here again!!
