Beth, are you going somewhere fun? Hope so! You may have already left, but have a great trip! Yea, the funny thing is Ian never really expressed an interest in bagpipes. But, he really isn't interested in sports, so he has the most free time! Colin is starting the tuba soon. OK - where exactly are we going to keep bagpipes AND a tuba?? I can just imagine the "concerts" they'll put on for us.

And, add Jameson's clarinet in there.
Chris, OK - so Plyo Legs #3 isn't so bad? I'll keep that in mind if I decide to sub for an Insanity. There are a lot of plyo moves kind of similar to Cathe's. So you have 3 nurses for potentially 17 patients? Yikes! Did Greg start P90X yet? One of you has to try it!

Now I'm debating between doing running/P57/upper body or CLX and running next. It won't be till October, so I have some time! Oh yea, the "two cakes" is a good idea to persuade Caitlyn! We will have some family over on her actual birthday and she'll get our presents. I did mention moving the party this morning and she seemed OK with it. I think it was just bad timing. I think it's fun to bring in cupcakes or something like that for birthdays, too. Last year they could but it had to be packaged stuff. Yuck! The year before they could bring anything in, but they couldn't eat it at school - had to bring it home. I can't tell you how many car rides we had balancing backpacks and heavily frosted cupcakes!

But, no more. Someone handed out birthday bags in Caitlyn's class and there was a really annoying whistle in there. It came in handy waking Ian up this morning.

He's my sleepyhead.
Kathy, Colin wanted to do football last year but I wouldn't let him. He's only in 5th grade now. I think the discipline and team building is good for him. He really loves it. I do worry about him getting hurt, but I worried when he played soccer, too. THe coaches are really good - at the scrimmage we were at during the week, the coach of the other team was just screaming at the kids, really being obnoxious and condescending. And, it was only a scrimmage. I just hate that. It's just a game and should be fun for them. Sure, you want the team to do well, but that's just ridiculous.
OK, I'm avoiding work again and babbling....must go!
